'Disney Legend' Mary Blair ~ Inspirational illustrator and artist

Today is the 100th Birthday of Mary Blair . She was famous for being an illustrator and artist who created some of the best designs I've seen. Her style was very colourful, imaginative and original. She worked for the Walt Disney Company between 1940 - 1953 . In 1991 she received the posthumous 'Disney Legend' Award.

As an Interior Designer I gather inspiration from the world I live in. This is one of my pools.

Below are some of my favourite designs which can be used on scatter cushions and curtains, as artwork on walls, a switchable laptop lid design. The applications are endless.
